Villa Vittoria

Villa Vittoria is a magnificent property located approximately 800 meters from the town of Maiori, along the famous State Road 163 that connects Vietri sul Mare to Amalfi, Ravello and Positano, continuing all the way to Sorrento. The villa enjoys a wonderful sea view and a truly unique panorama, offering an extraordinary setting overlooking the Amalfi Coast.

The property is directly accessible from the parking area via a staircase of 87 steps leading to the villa entrance. A convenient luggage lift is available to assist guests in transporting their bags up to the villa level.

The outdoor areas, nestled among lemon groves and Mediterranean plants, extend over multiple terraced levels and feature a relaxing lounge area with a four-seat hydromassage mini pool, a panoramic swimming pool (7 x 4 meters, depth 1.5 meters), sunbathing area, scenic belvedere, and an outdoor dining space equipped with a pergola providing shelter from both sun and rain. All outdoor spaces are immersed in a lush garden with flowers and lemon trees, complete with a traditional Vietri ceramic table.

The interior of the villa, partially carved into the rock, consists of an elegant living room with lounge area, air conditioning and a pellet stove integrated with the radiator heating system for the winter months. The fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, induction cooktop and washing machine.

The sleeping area features four double bedrooms, two with sea view and two internal, all equipped with air conditioning and heating. The villa offers one bathroom with SPA shower and chromotherapy serving the ground-floor bedrooms and living area, as well as two additional bathrooms with shower located inside the bedrooms on the raised floor.

Villa Vittoria can accommodate up to eight guests and provides two private parking spaces. The center of Maiori, rich in services, bars, restaurants and shops, can be reached in approximately ten minutes on foot. The small beach of “Acqua Chiara” is accessible in about five minutes on foot via approximately 160 steps.

The villa offers comfortable interiors furnished with great taste and boasts large, extremely panoramic outdoor spaces, making it the ideal place to enjoy unforgettable moments of total relaxation and privacy, surrounded by the stunning sea views of the Amalfi Coast.
