Villa Fiorella is a one-of-a-kind villa for rent in Tuscany: conveniently located in the best area of Tuscany, between Lucca and Florence, it is five minutes’ drive from lively villages, walking distance from bars and shops, and just thirty minutes’ drive from Florence, even twenty from Lucca.

Villa Fiorella was fully renovated in 2021, and only opened to the public in July 2021, after a 1-year renovation period, with completely new furniture, interior and exterior design.

Composed of two buildings, the main villa and its dependance can host up to 12 people plus 4 kids, and has an additional quarter for staff (including space to sleep for any needed in-house staff).

The villa has 6 double bedrooms, two of which are master suite bedrooms of over 25 sq m: all rooms are ensuite.

Underground heating and individual air conditioning in every single room, including the bathrooms, and full furnishing with high-tech TV and sound systems, reveal a restored villa that brings the old Tuscan design into the modern era, for the full comfort of our guests.

There is an alfresco “pergola” dining area next to the villa, with a new gas barbecue and outside wooden table and chairs for everyone, right next to the vineyard.
The premises include an entrance road lined with cypresses and pines, fully illuminated at night from above and along the sides of the road; a huge swimming pool with internal and external evening lighting, including 5 umbrellas, more than 20 chaise longues and pool chairs with tables, large outdoor cushions, and a shower.

By the pool, our guests can enjoy a fully serviced kitchen with a fridge and storage space, an induction cooking area, and a dining table.
