Terms and Conditions of Service for Elite Villas

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations with respect to your stay at Elite Villas.

  1. Reservation Process: A reservation is confirmed upon the full pre-payment of the stay, which is subject to refundability based on the cancellation terms detailed herein. Payment may be rendered using all mainstream credit cards or through a bank transfer, details of which can be provided upon request. For villas that require confirmation of availability, inquiries should be directed to our contact section on the website or via email at info@elitevillas.it.
  2. Services Booking: For additional services booked via our website, an immediate non-refundable deposit is required. The outstanding balance for these services must be settled directly with the service provider on the date of service delivery. Requests for bespoke services can be addressed via communication to info@elitevillas.it.
  3. Villa Cancellation Terms:
  • Cancellations made over 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before check-in, including last-minute bookings, are non-refundable.
  1. Cancellation Terms for Services: Diverse services have specific cancellation and refund policies:
  • Boat services affected by adverse weather will be rescheduled or fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
  • Transfers and transportation services, excluding those to Capri, are fully refundable up to 3 days before the service date.
  • Capri transfers and transportation services offer a full refund for cancellations made 15 days prior and a partial refund for cancellations made 7 days prior.
  • Culinary services, such as chef bookings and cooking classes, provide a full refund for cancellations up to 5 days before the service date, and a partial refund for 3 days prior.
  • Photographer, hairdresser, and massage bookings are fully refundable up to 3 days before the service date.
  • Event cancellations are fully refundable 60 days in advance, except for the non-refundable coordination fee.
  • The Premium Concierge Service is entirely non-refundable.
  1. Premium Concierge Service: This service is designed to cater to the specific needs of our guests, providing a tailored itinerary complete with recommendations and reservations for dining, beach clubs, and various activities. Please note that this bespoke service is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Security Deposit: Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on the guest’s credit card by a local assistant. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days post-departure, provided that no damages to the villa are noted upon inspection.
  3. Swimming Pool Advisory: Villas equipped with swimming pools do not offer lifeguard services. Consequently, Elite Villas is not liable for any incidents or injuries sustained in or around the pool area.
  4. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the exceptional event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, utility malfunctions, or property damage, Elite Villas reserves the right to relocate guests to a villa of equivalent standing. If no suitable replacement is available, a complete refund will be issued.
  5. Post-Cancellation Period: After the expiration of the cancellation period, guests may not request a change of villa. Should the villa not meet personal expectations, we regret that refunds cannot be issued for subjective dissatisfaction.
  6. Operational Malfunctions: In the rare event of operational deficiencies such as internet disruptions, lack of hot water, or electrical failures, compensation will be calculated as a percentage of the accommodation fees, based on the nature and duration of the disruption.
  7. Customer Support Hours: Elite Villas provides guest support during designated hours. In the event of emergencies such as fire, theft, or personal harm, an emergency contact number is available.
  8. Liability for Third-Party Services: While not responsible for the malfunctions of services provided by third parties, Elite Villas will offer mediation assistance in the event of any disputes.
  9. Damage to Property: Should any damages to the villa be ascertained, Elite Villas will retain an appropriate sum from the security deposit. If the estimated cost of repairs exceeds the deposit, the guest’s payment method will be charged the difference.
  10. Prohibited Activities: Guests are forbidden from hosting unauthorized events or utilizing the property for commercial purposes, including photography and videography, without explicit permission and fee settlement.
  11. Natural Elements and Wildlife: Given that our villas feature gardens and open spaces, Elite Villas cannot be held liable for insect bites or wildlife encounters due to open windows or doors.

By confirming a reservation with Elite Villas, you consent to adhere to these Terms. Elite Villas is dedicated to providing a superior guest experience while ensuring the safety, quality, and integrity of our villas and services.
