For example, the spiral staircase leading from the secondary entrance to the apartment with a terrace will amaze you with its originality. The combination of elegant furnishings and smart-home technology allows you to unwind in style and the multi-level garden awaits you with sunsets and views amongst the most magical around Lake Como.

Villa Rouge consists of two separate units. The ground floor and first floor form the main unit, which can comfortably accommodate ten guests, featuring five double bedrooms and five bathrooms. The second unit consists of the top floor with a terrace, which is accessible through a separate entrance. It can accommodate six guests and features three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy complimentary use of the sauna. If you plan to use the pool during the winter season, please let us know at least three days in advance so we can heat it properly. Lastly, regarding parking, the property offers enough space to accommodate three cars.
