Is the full payment required at the time of booking, and what are the refund policies?
The standard rate requires full payment for the stay, which is refundable according to our cancellation terms (refer to question 3). Payments can be made using all major credit cards or via bank transfer by contacting us directly. How are additional services booked, and what are the payment terms?
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking services through our website. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the service provider on the day the service is rendered. For personalized services, please write to us at info@elitevillas.it
What is the refund policy for villa cancellations?
More than 60 days before check-in: Full refund
30 to 59 days before check-in: 50% refund
Fewer than 30 days before check-in and last-minute bookings: Non-refundable
How do cancellation policies vary for different services?
Boats: In case of adverse weather conditions, the service will be rescheduled to the earliest possible date; if no suitable dates are available, a full refund will be provided.
Transfers and Transport (excluding Capri): Full refund for cancellations up to 3 days before the service.
Transfers and Transport in Capri: Full refund for cancellations 15 days prior, partial refund for 7 days prior.
Chef – Cooking Classes: Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days before, partial refund for 3 days prior.
Photographer – Hairdresser – Massages: Full refund for cancellations up to 3 days before.
Events: Full refund for cancellations 60 days in advance, but the coordination fee is non-refundable.
Premium Concierge Service: Non-refundable
What does the Premium Concierge Service include?
A dedicated team member will create a personalized itinerary based on your needs, offer recommendations, and make reservations for restaurants, beach clubs, and activities of your choice.
How does the security deposit work?
On check-in day, a local assistant will place a hold on a specified amount from your credit card as a security deposit, which will be released within a maximum of 7 days after check-out, subject to an inspection of the villa to ensure no damages have occurred.
