The villa is very cool in summer due to the fact that it has thick walls and the living room does not have many windows being an old farmhouse all this allows you to maintain a cool temperature even on the hottest days of summer, avoiding direct sunlight. . We are just 2 kilometers from the center of Noto and its renowned cathedral of San Corrado and a little more from the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. Villa Tuffetto is a holiday home built on the first hill of Gioi, timidly set among olive trees but brazenly open towards the sea. Olive trees, almond trees and English lawns mitigate the temperature in the hottest hours of summer and its private swimming pool (4x10) for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. Villa il Tuffetto has a splendid sea view and is immersed in the green hills, a unique sharing space that has no equal. If you love the Sicilian atmosphere, you will love this villa. The surfaces are approximately as follows: 100 sqm house, 20 sqm porch, 30 sqm patio.
