Built in 1741 by wealthy merchants and named after the patron saint of Liparlati, one of Positano’s oldest districts, the villa has been meticulously restored through a careful conservative renovation, bringing it back to its original splendor while integrating modern comforts of the highest standard.

Spanning approximately 750 sqm of interior living space and 760 sqm of terraced gardens and loggias, the property unfolds over multiple levels, each opening onto expansive sea-facing terraces that offer uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.

The ground floor is dedicated to elegant communal living. Here you will find a fully equipped professional kitchen, a bar area, and a refined dining room composed of two adjoining chambers with beautiful pavilion vaults. Villa San Giacomo comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests, offering a total of 12 double bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and sea views.

• Attic Level:
  Two independent apartments — Li Parlati and Sponda — each composed of two interconnected double bedrooms with private bathrooms, offering an intimate and private retreat ideal for families or staff.
