Villa Cornelia

In the heart of the ancient village of Blevio, amid quiet alleys and lush vegetation, Villa Cornelia reveals itself as a residence suspended in time. Built in 1890 and set on the slope overlooking Lake Como, the villa holds an authentic soul, made of living stone, natural light and details that tell stories from distant eras. The architecture is unmistakable: exposed stone walls, wide arched openings and an elegant crenellated tower connecting the different levels, giving the property the discreet charm of a small fortified residence. Climbing through the tower, each floor unfolds like a new chapter, while the lake peeks through windows, balconies and the greenery of the surrounding garden. The interiors are a refined dialogue between eras and cultures: antique furnishings, carved wood, copper, wrought iron and fabrics from every corner of the world coexist with contemporary touches, in a surprising balance. Every element contributes to a cultured, intimate and deeply personal atmosphere.

Villa Cornelia is set across three levels, with 3 double bedrooms in total: on the entrance level, a cosy living room and the first bedroom with private bathroom; climbing the tower, two further en-suite double bedrooms with lake views; on the lower floor, the heart of the home, with a spacious stone-framed living area, open kitchen, dining space and garden access. The villa offers a relaxed lakeside experience on Lake Como — with al fresco lunches, sun-drenched afternoons and sunsets over the water, presenting itself not merely as accommodation, but as a home of authentic charm and rich history. For the organisation of events, dinners or celebrations at the villa, prior notice is required. Additional costs may also apply, and will be quantified during the organisation process.
