Chalet Aurum

Perched among the high peaks of the Dolomites, Villa Aurum is a beautifully restored 19th century alpine farm that blends timeless mountain character with refined contemporary elegance. With more than 520 m² of living space (plus an additional 200 m² cellar floor), the villa extends over four floors, offering privacy and magnificence in equal measure. Every detail has been carefully designed: aged woods and natural stone meet modern lines and custom-made furniture, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. The double-height living area, framed by panoramic windows, features a charming fireplace, an elegant dining room, and a fully equipped designer kitchen with island, ideal for elegant dinners or family gatherings. Villa Aurum can accommodate up to seven bedrooms, including four master suites, two adjoining single rooms, and a castle-style children's room. Three bathrooms include a walk-in shower and one has a bathtub. A mezzanine room offers additional space for reading or admiring views of the valley. The vaulted basement floor houses a cellar, a ski storage room and a service area, while the south-facing terraced garden and numerous balconies invite you to bask in the sunlight and admire constantly evolving Alpine landscapes. Perfect for both summer and winter holidays, Villa Aurum embodies the true spirit of the Dolomites, where nature, design and tranquility come together to create an unforgettable alpine retreat. Please note that a cleaning fee of 500€ is due at the end of the stay.
