Located in the prestigious Nogentil area, just above the centre of Courchevel 1850, this chalet enjoys an exceptional setting only 50 metres from the Bellecôte piste. Its prime position offers easy access to the resort’s world-famous restaurants, luxury boutiques and vibrant après-ski, while maintaining a sense of privacy and tranquillity.

Covering approximately 800 sqm across five levels, all connected by stairs and a private lift, the chalet can accommodate up to 14 guests. Spacious and light-filled interiors combine traditional alpine architecture with refined contemporary design, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere throughout.

The chalet features seven en suite bedrooms, each designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy.
